Absolutely terrible customer service from owner. I work in the customer service industry and was appalled at the treatment of ladies just wandering and looking to purchase. Will not be returning . Very sad for Dungog

Chic and Antique... wow Absolutely appalling customer service- as a woman who works in this industry I have never left a store feeling as horrible as I did today. Owner needs some serious lessons in manners & basic respect for paying customers . I will not be returning and will be telling others of my horrible experience. I was told not to touch the linen as they were to expensive for me... and when purchasing an item the money was snatched out of my hand with nothing more than a grunt. Not even a Thankyou or have a nice day. Very disappointed
